Susan's secret to success is her generous spirit couples wtih an ability to be completely honest, straightforward, enthusiastic and focused.  She identifies 5 conditions by which she credits her repeat client satisfaction:

  2. Know the Market Conditions

  3. Understand finance as it applies to mortgage lending

  4. Mind your manners: a matter of ethics - treating all people with honesty and integrity.

  5. Listen for clients needs while respecting their time, money and property as if it were her own.

This commitment to her clients has paid off many times over as evidenced by her large roster of personally referred clients. Additionally, Susan is well respected by her peers and her community and has received numerous awards including a Centurion (top 1%) Quality Service Award which is voted by customers, Community Service Awards, Keller Williams Cultural Icon Award and more.

Susan believes that staying well prepared to properly assist her customers includes participating in continuing education opportunities. She has recently completed New Home Sales Specialist Certification.  Meanwhile, she continues to maintain close relationships with her church and 5-octave handbell choir, her husband of 34 years, their two children and two grandchildren.
